Frequently Asked Questions

ChromMine™ accepts two data formats:
• Per-compound, per-sample CSV files, typically exported directly from GC–MS analysis software.
• X–Y–Z tabular CSV files, where columns represent samples, rows represent compounds, and the intersecting cells contain variable values.
For both data types, certain fields are required — including sample name, compound name, retention time, component area, and CAS number, with molecular formula and match factor recommended where available.
ChromMine™ automatically checks for consistency and flags duplicate or missing entries during import.

Only you can see the data you upload.
Uploaded datasets are securely stored and uniquely linked to your user account. FuniSoft staff do not have access to or the ability to view your data.
Please remember to download any dynamic HTML files, images, or full reports before logging off — all uploaded data is automatically deleted at the end of your session.
