AN25-001 – German Beers – Revealing order in complex chemistry

This study demonstrates how ChromMine™ streamlines non-targeted GC-MS analysis of beer samples. Twenty-eight German beers were analysed using SPME-GC-MS, and the resulting data were imported into ChromMine™ for automated filtering, alignment, and clustering. The platform corrected repeat identifications, removed siloxane contaminants, and revealed clear chemical fingerprints unique to each beer style. AN25-002 – Dried Herbs– The importance of consistent compound identification

This apps note demonstrates how ChromMine™ ensures consistency in non-targeted GC-MS analysis of dried herbs. Six common kitchen herbs were analysed using TD-GC-MS headspace sampling, and the resulting data were imported into ChromMine™ for automated filtering, clustering, and comparison. The platform flagged replicate inconsistencies caused by structural isomer misidentification and produced clear, reproducible groupings that accurately reflected each herb’s composition. (Click here)
